Lauren is an Agent/Account manager at Heinen & Associates in Sheboygan. She grew up in Hingham and later went to Trinity Christian College to earn her degree in Entrepreneurial Management. Lauren went to Sheboygan Christian School and played multiple sports during that time, including ice hockey, soccer, basketball, and volleyball.

Lauren joined Heinen & Associates in 2023 as a personal and commercial lines agent. Prior to joining Heinen & Associates, she worked in landscaping and eventually social media consulting for Trinity Christian College. During Lauren’s time in consulting at Trinity, she had a hand in the improvements of the online presence of multiple local businesses.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time on the lake up north with her family and friends, reading, traveling, and gardening. She currently resides in Hingham with her parents Mitch and Lori, sister Emily, and their cat, “Garfield.”

I love the opportunity to meet new people through my job. Something that never fails to make me smile is meeting customers that my grandpa, Jerry Heinen, has worked with for many years.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Lori and the staff at Heinen & Associates for over 10 years and they have been AMAZING.I've saved a ton of money over the years while gaining better coverage for my residence and auto.Any time there's a question, they answer immediately, or put you in touch with someone who has the answer.Any time there's an issue, they'll get it remedied quickly and make sure you're in good hands.If anyone's looking for any type of insurance. I'd highly recommend going here for any needs. Using online companies to pick policies for you can be quite costly in terms of time and money.Heinen & Associates will steer you in the proper direction and explain why it's the best fit for you so you know what you're getting for your money.

ABSOLUTELY amazed at how well we have been treated. We switched from a different agent and carrier less than a year ago and we received excellent service. I've been going through Bruce Christenson for about 5 years for home and auto insurance. I haven't had any complaint, Bruce is reasonably responsive, but a disclaimer--we haven't had any claims in that time.
